Full Time (Permanent), 35 hours per week

Main duties:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Maintain and balance general ledgers, subsidiary accounts, and other financial records.
  • Prepare trial balances, journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
  • Calculate and prepare payroll, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Complete and submit tax remittance forms, including HST/GST and payroll deductions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
