Job description:

  • Experience: 2 years or more in administrative support
  • Work Language: English
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred

Salary:

$26.80 per hour

Permanent employment, Full-time 35 hours per week

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

What knowledge, skills and abilities we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
